The beef is on; there is nothing as easy
as beef in the entertainment industry. We all know how the YBNL crooner Lil
Kesh came up with the shoki song and dance to go with it and how Davido was
featured in the remix which later became a big hit and wiped out blazing song
at the heat moment.
This is the gist, both HKN gang and YBNL was to
help one another with their upcoming stars with Olamide and Davido heading either side. Olamide was
to feature in one of the songs for the HKN upcoming art and make it a hit for

The first collabo with Olamide Sina Rambo wasn’t really a big hit as expected. So when YBNL crew with Olamide lil Kesh came up with SHOKI and featured Davido; the song went viral and stole headlines and topped charts for long even when played at any event gives life to it and changes the atmosphere. The party planners and DJ’s can give attest to this and even radio and television presenters are saying same because of the constant calls and demand by viewers for the song to be aired most times.
This made Davido to claim that he made shoki a hit and he even said so in a line on B reds TWERK IT song when he said "she dey dance shoki oooo...she forget say na me make shoki blow oh oh..." you can get to hear that on the song of B reds Twerk it ft davido; the last verse.
so its now left for the citizens of poporination to decide; THE BIG QUESTION: WHO MADE THE SHOKI SONG A HIT? Davido or Olamide?
